  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and ship directly from our trusted suppliers. Standard delivery to Australia usually takes 7–14 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

  • Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $79 within Australia. Orders under $79 incur a small flat shipping fee. International shipping is coming soon

  • At Growing Bubs, we are committed to your satisfaction and fully comply with Australian Consumer Law (ACL). For faulty, unsafe, or misrepresented items, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund depending on whether the issue is a major or minor failure, and we generally cover reasonable return shipping costs for valid ACL claims (proof of purchase required). Change of mind returns are considered at our sole discretion only, with no automatic right; if approved, items must be unused, in original packaging with tags attached and in resalable condition—you are responsible for return shipping, original delivery fees are non-refundable, and a restocking fee may apply, while opened hygiene, personal care, consumable, or personalised items are not eligible. To request a return, email info@growingbubs.com.au with your order number, a description of the issue or reason, and clear photo evidence; we aim to assess and respond within 2 business days. Approved returns receive shipping instructions, and refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

  • All products meet or exceed Australian & New Zealand safety standards (AS/NZS). We only partner with suppliers who use BPA-free, non-toxic, and hypoallergenic materials. You’ll find material details on every product page.

  • Once your order leaves our supplier you’ll receive an email with your tracking link. You can also log into your account on our website anytime or reply to your order confirmation email for an update.

  • We’re really sorry if that happens! Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number. We’ll immediately arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
